- Candidate Name / Handle: chrispearcx
- Self-Nomination or Nominated By: Self-nomination
- Relevant Background (max ~100 words):
Crypto data analyst and DeFi researcher with 5+ years experience across on-chain analytics, DeFi protocols, and yield strategies. Former Data Scientist at top DEX and CEX, where I built production data pipelines, tokenomics dashboards, and governance-relevant analytics using Dune and subgraphs. I’ve worked closely with product, BD, and engineering teams, supporting protocol growth, risk analysis, and partner evaluation. - Why I Want to Serve on the Community Council (max ~100 words):
I’m a long-term Radiant user who has been using the protocol since v1, well before it was listed on Binance. I was also directly impacted by the October exploit, which gives me strong alignment with depositors and a clear understanding of what’s at stake. Despite the loss, I believe in the product and the direction Radiant is taking. I want to serve as a builder and steward—helping turn hard-earned recovery into durable governance, transparent decision-making, and sustainable growth. - How I Will Contribute During Radiant’s Recovery & Growth Phase (max ~100 words):
I will support the Council with data-driven governance: tracking TVL quality, user behavior, incentive efficiency, and risk exposure to inform proposals and decisions. I can help design clear analytics around gLP, treasury usage, and growth initiatives so tradeoffs are visible and measurable. I also bring experience translating protocol metrics into narratives that resonate with partners, allocators, and contributors - bridging data, governance, and execution. - Time Commitment Acknowledged (Yes / No): Yes
- Conflicts of Interest (Required Disclosure):
No direct conflicts of interest. I do not represent competing lending protocols. Any future advisory or research roles will be disclosed.
