Stewarding Recovery. Governing for Growth.
Radiant Capital is entering its next chapter: recovery in production, disciplined growth, and institutional-grade governance. The Community Council is the DAO’s elected steward body, responsible for guiding the protocol through this critical phase.
Protocol Snapshot (2025)
-
Security Hardening: Defense-in-depth rebuilt across contracts ($3M in audits), permissions, monitoring, and governance. Capped by DeFi’s first Guardian feature, a protocol-native safety layer designed to contain blast radius and protect depositors when prevention fails.
-
TVL Recovery: ~$3M post-incident low → $23M peak (Nov–Dec).
-
Current TVL: ~$15M+ and stabilizing. GuardianLP (gLP) is projected to go live in February 2026 which could be another catalyst for growth.
-

-
Have experience in DeFi, DAO governance, security, operations, treasury, or growth.
-
Communicate clearly and act independently with aligned goals.
-
Value long-term protocol health over short-term optics.
-
Are willing to engage consistently and transparently during a rebuild phase
-
Have a high interest in or experience with soliciting partners, smart treasuries, and other allocators for potential investments and grants.
Call to Action
Radiant’s recovery is real, but unfinished.
Radiant Capital has rebounded from a ~$3M post-incident low to over $23M in TVL during November–December 2024 and is currently sustaining ~$15M+ as it rebuilds deliberately and responsibly. Some additional traction is anticipated once GuardianLP (gLP) is live (est. Feb 2026). This recovery is live, measurable, and ongoing.
The next Community Council will play a direct role in converting this recovery into durable governance, institutional-grade credibility, and sustainable growth.
If you believe in earned resilience, accountable governance, and long-term protocol stewardship, this is the moment to step forward.
This is the moment to step forward.
